Tool errors return a structured payload:

Codes

• invalid_token — Re-authenticate.
• insufficient_scope — Connector missing a scope; reconnect.
• subscription_required — Start subscription at upgradeUrl.
• rate_limited — Wait retryAfterMs milliseconds.
• quota_exceeded — Monthly cap reached; upgrade or wait for rollover.
• bulk_not_allowed — Request narrowed through suggest_entity.
• stash_data_4xx — Stash Data rejected the request. Contact support@stashproperty.com.au.
• stash_data_5xx — Stash Data temporarily unavailable. Retry after retryAfterMs. If it keeps happening, contact support@stashproperty.com.au.

Every error payload also carries supportEmail for convenience.
